Rivergate is an elder-led community. Chris & Alex Liotta, Don & Beth Montgomery, and Drew & Laurie Naumann serve to facilitate our joy-fueled, Jesus-led way of life. We are also blessed with a Board of Directors, which ensures wise stewardship of our resources, and a variety of other leaders who provide prophetic insight, intercession, and wise counsel.
For additional support, encouragement, and accountability, RG appreciates the organizational oversight and deep relational connections provided by GRG (Growth Resourcing Group). Their insight and guidance have been invaluable to us throughout the years.
Furthermore, we’re grateful to LK10, and their rich repository of training, encouragement, and inspiration. They are helping us become fluent in the skills and practices of loving relationships, furthering our commitment to attachment-based discipleship in the relational revolution.

As an end-of-life doula, Wendy supports the end stage of life with compassion, presence, and dignity. She gently guides the one who is transitioning along with friends and family to and through the sacred space we create together.
She is also the Vice-president of a non-profit organization, The Rowe Project. They offer essential support and resources to crime victims and their families and to law enforcement.
